Lifecycles
Private Beta Feature Liferay Data Platform 2026.Q2+
The Lifecycles dashboard tracks how accounts progress through lifecycle stages in Liferay Data Platform (LDP). It uses behavioral, CRM, and product usage data to classify accounts and surface trends such as stalled progression and churn risk.
To access the dashboard, click Lifecycles in the Touchpoints section of the navigation menu.

Global Filters and Overview Cards
Use the All Industries and All Countries (1) drop-down menus to filter the dashboard by market segment or geographic region.
The Overview section highlights three key metrics using a 90-day period by default:
-
Net New Pipeline Generated (2): The number of accounts that entered the Pipeline stage, excluding cross-sells, upsells, and renewals.
-
Stalled Accounts (3): The number of accounts that remain in the Engaged stage for more than 90 days without progressing.
-
At-Risk Accounts (4): Accounts showing declining usage or other signals associated with potential churn.
Accounts by Stage Funnel
The Lifecycle Stages section (5) displays account distribution across lifecycle stages.
-
Conversion percentages: Show the percentage of accounts that progress from one stage to the next.
-
Stage summaries: Show the number of accounts in each stage, their percentage of the total dataset, and recent activity status.
Lifecycle Stages
LDP assigns each account to a lifecycle stage based on the signals available for that account.
| Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Aware | The account is identified and shows interest in the product. |
| Engaged | The account has interacted with marketing campaigns or other tracked activities. |
| Pipeline | The account is associated with an active sales opportunity. |
| Onboarding | The account recently became a customer and is in the onboarding process. |
| Established | The account has reached defined adoption or success milestones. |
| At-Risk | The account shows signals that indicate reduced engagement or potential churn. |
Accounts Table
The Accounts table (6) shows the organization records included in the dashboard metrics.
You can filter, sort, search, and save views to analyze specific account groups.
