Individuals

Private Beta Feature Liferay Data Platform 2026.Q2+

The Individuals view consolidates customer data into a single interface for reviewing profile details, attributes, and activity. It aggregates data from supported sources to present a unified profile for each individual.

The dashboard includes both anonymous individuals (visitors without identifying information) and known individuals (identified users), centralizing identifiers, attributes, and behavioral data to support analysis, segmentation, and decision-making.

To access the dashboard, click Individuals in the People section of the menu.

The Individuals Profiles table includes member information, account name, country, first seen, last active, and profile type information.

The Individuals list displays all profiles stored in Liferay Data Platform. At the top of the page, three cards show the total number of individuals and the breakdown between known and anonymous individuals.

The list contains known and anonymous profiles:

Known profiles: identified users synced from Liferay DXP or Salesforce.

Anonymous profiles: users without identifiable information.

Note

Anonymous profiles are removed after 30 days of inactivity.
