Engagement Metrics Dashboard

The Digital Sales Room (DSR) tracks buyer engagement across every active room and surfaces it in two places: an aggregate Analytics view in the DSR Launchpad for monitoring your full pipeline, and per-room metrics for inspecting how a single buyer interacts with the content you’ve shared. Together, these views help you decide which deals need immediate follow-up and which content is resonating.
Liferay tracks engagement data in real time through Analytics Cloud integration.
You must activate the Digital Sales Room before opening the Launchpad.
Viewing Aggregate Engagement
Use the Launchpad’s Analytics view to see consolidated metrics across all rooms you own.

Open the Global Menu (
) → Commerce → Digital Sales Room Management. -
Click Analytics in the left sidebar.
The Analytics view displays consolidated metrics across your pipeline, including:
- Total active deals.
- Recent buyer activity and engaged documents.
- Alerts for rooms with low engagement or approaching deadlines.
By default, the dashboard displays data for All Rooms. To view metrics for a specific deal, use the drop-down menu at the top right to select a room.
Viewing Per-Room Engagement
The dashboard uses several widgets to highlight engagement trends. Use these metrics to identify the most engaged stakeholders and the content driving a deal forward.

Room Stats: View Time Viewed (e.g., 5h 32 min), Total Visits, Visitors, and Actions (document views, downloads, and comments).

Most Active Visitors: Lists individuals ranked by their total actions.

Most Engaged Documents: View detailed tracking for each shared asset, including Total Views, Last Viewed date, Downloads, Average Time, and Users Involved.

Latest Activity: See a live feed of the most recent buyer actions, showing the user, the action they took, and when it occurred.
- Recent Engagement: Charts engagement activity over time.
- Visit Frequency: Charts how often the room is visited by day or week.
- Room Trend: Indicates the room’s engagement health as Cold, Warm, or Hot.

From the aggregate Analytics view, click a deal card or metric to drill down into that room’s engagement view directly.
