Activating Digital Sales Room

Liferay DXP 2026.Q2+ Beta Feature

Use the Digital Sales Room (DSR) to create centralized collaboration hubs for buyers. Before you can manage rooms and track engagement, you must activate the feature.

  1. Click Global Menu (Global Menu icon) → Control Panel → Instance Settings.

  2. Click Feature Flags under the Platform section.

  3. Select the Beta tab under Virtual Instance Scope.

  4. Enable Page Management API (LPD-35443).

    This flag is a required dependency for the Digital Sales Room.

  5. Enable Digital Sales Rooms (LPD-66359).

    Activate DSR's feature flag to use it.

  6. Deploy the DSR license to your running Liferay DXP.

    Any Liferay DXP Enterprise subscriber can access the DSR beta features. If you haven’t yet obtained a license, go to https://marketplace.liferay.com/products. Follow the instructions to obtain the needed license file.

    To deploy the file, place it in Liferay Home/deploy or, if using Docker, run a command like docker cp license.xml <container-id>:/opt/liferay/deploy/.

Once active, access the feature by navigating to Global Menu → Commerce → Digital Sales Room Management.

Create centralized collaboration hubs for buyers once the DSR is activated.
