Digital Sales Room Launchpad

The Digital Sales Room (DSR) Launchpad is the management console for your sales rooms. Open it from Global Menu → Commerce → Digital Sales Room Management to create new rooms, browse existing ones, and monitor engagement from a single workspace.
The Launchpad’s sidebar exposes three surfaces: Home, Rooms, and Analytics. With these, you can move between room creation, room management, and aggregate engagement data without leaving the console.
You must activate the Digital Sales Room before opening the Launchpad.
Creating Rooms
Create a new room to begin organizing deal-specific assets and inviting stakeholders.

Open the Global Menu (
) and navigate to Commerce → Digital Sales Room Management. -
Click Rooms in the left sidebar.

Click New Digital Sales Room.

Select the account to associate with the room. See Creating an Account.
NoteThe selected account determines the team members and contacts available to invite. If you invite a user who is not a member of the account, they join it automatically upon accepting the invitation.

Click Next.

Select a template. Use the pre-configured DSR template to get started; you can customize the layout later.

Click Next.

Enter a name for the room.

(Optional) Enter a Friendly URL.

Click Save.
After saving, the room appears in the Rooms list. You can now begin adding content and inviting participants to collaborate on the deal.
