Managing a Product Launch
At the heart of a Content Marketing Platform (CMP) is the campaign. A campaign is a coordinated effort aimed at achieving a specific business goal by a specific deadline (e.g., launching a spring product line). Liferay CMP provides a dedicated workspace to structure campaigns, coordinate your team, and track work in real-time. Content creators, campaign managers, and corporate sponsors all benefit from CMP’s active, visual execution model.
To manage your campaign lifecycle, create a project to serve as the central repository for all campaign data and metadata, including its due date. Within this space, define tasks as actionable items that include integrated deadlines and asset attachments. Assign roles to manage the team’s responsibilities and use the kanban board for task management, dragging and dropping task cards to progress them in the lifecycle.
