Integrating Assets and Collaborating on Tasks
You can centralize deliverables and streamline communication with the Content Marketing Platform (CMP). By attaching assets to work items and using integrated review cycles, teams maintain a clear audit trail of every content decision.
CMP includes handy content management features you’ll use here:
- Integrate assets by linking CMS documents or local files to specific tasks.
- Collaborate contextually via task-specific comment threads.
- Monitor progress through a dedicated history audit trail.
- Give reviewers a unified task list for managing standard project tasks alongside official CMS workflow approvals.
Before executing the campaign, you must prepare the environment by activating CMP and onboarding the Clarity team members who will drive the launch.
Complete the steps in Managing a Product Launch in CMP before proceeding to the following steps.
