Enhancing Content Management with AI Hub’s Writing Tasks
Private Beta Feature
You can use AI Hub with Liferay CMS to speed up and improve the content creation and editing process. Several built-in tasks are available, and most of them are for writing assistance:

| Change Tone | Adapts a given text to fit any tone you specify as input. |
| Fix Spelling and Grammar | Corrects grammar and spelling errors while strictly preserving your original tone and style. |
| Improve Writing | Improves text, eliminating wordiness and passive writing to deliver a clear, direct message. |
| Make Longer | Expands the given text into a longer, more detailed version. |
| Make Shorter | Rewrites the given text into a shorter, easier to read version. |
| Liferay Search | Searches the Liferay DXP instance for the most relevant data, ensuring every response is grounded in your specific environment. |
Once AI Hub is integrated with your Liferay DXP instance, you can use these tasks in two ways:
- In Liferay CMS Rich Text fields
- In the AI Assistant, a chat agent that acts as a supervisor for the individual tasks. The AI Assistant is available in any content or file creation screen in Liferay CMS.

Writing a Blog Post with AI Hub
You can use the AI assistant to write a new blog post for an upcoming product release.

Create or access a space in the Liferay CMS and begin writing a new blog.

Open the AI Assistant chat box and enter this prompt:
Liferay is releasing a Content Marketing Platform product, which is an add-on to the new CMS. It opens up functionality for creating and managing campaigns in Liferay.
