Managing Content Structures

Currently, this feature is behind a beta feature flag (LPD-17564) and also depends on a release feature flag (LPD-34594) and a beta feature flag (LPD-11235). Read Feature Flags for details on configuring feature flags and Feature Availability for availability details.
After a content structure is published, you can manage, duplicate, or control access to it from the content structures list in the CMS.
Accessing the Content Structures List

Open the Global Menu (
) and click CMS. -
In the left menu, click Content Structures.

The list displays all content structures available in the site.
Actions Reference
For each content structure, click Actions (
) to see the following options:
Edit (
): Open the Content Structure Builder to change the structure’s fields, configurations, or availability settings.
View Usages (
): View where the content structure is used across spaces, including related content or files.
Make a Copy (
): Duplicate the content structure. You can then modify the copy without affecting the original.
Export as JSON (
): Download the content structure in JSON format for backups or for moving structures between environments. This action is only available for out-of-the-box structures.
Import and Override (
): Upload a JSON file to replace the current content structure with a new version. This action overrides the existing configuration. This action is only available for out-of-the-box structures.
Permissions (
): Define which roles can view, edit, or manage the content structure.
Delete (
): Remove the content structure from the system. This does not delete existing content created with it, but the structure itself can no longer be used. Available only for custom structures.
