Issue
- How to make Recycle Bin available for regular users?
Environment
- Liferay 6.2
- Liferay DXP 7.0
- Liferay DXP 7.1
- Liferay DXP 7.2
Resolution
- Navigate to Control Panel --> User --> Roles.
- Create a new regular role.
- Edit the new role, select Define Permissions --> Site
Administration --> Recycle Bin.
- Enable all permissions and save.
- Add a new user in Control Panel --> Users and Organisations.
- Edit user, navigate to Roles, and grant the user with the role.
- By accessing the system with the user the Recycle Bin is available in the Control Panel.
