Issue

  • When upgrading to Liferay DXP 2024.Q1.14 LTS, the database upgrade process fails with the following error:
    ERROR - Failed upgrade process for module com.liferay.layout.page.template.service
com.liferay.portal.kernel.upgrade.UpgradeException: java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column name

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 2024.Q1
  • Oracle 19c database

Resolution

Additional Information

  • If a hotfix is required, create a Support ticket requesting a hotfix that includes the LPD-24264.
