問題
環境のビルドを開始しようとすると、ビルドが開始されません。
また、Jenkins CI にアクセスすると、「リクエストの処理中に問題が発生しました」というページでエラーが発生します。

LXC-SMクラウド
Liferay DXP 7.2

上記の問題は両方とも、Jenkins の問題に関連しています。
Jenkins にはバグがあり、spring-web-5.3.11. jar ファイルはダウンロードされませんが、最近要求され始めたため、上記の問題が発生しています。
Jenkins ボリュームが保持されている場合、古いバージョンの Jenkins は jar ファイルを再インストールしようとしません。
