問題

  • アプリケーションサーバのIPアドレスが変更になります。何に影響しますか

環境

  • DXP 7.0, DXP 7.1, DXP 7.2

解決

  • IPアドレスが変更になった場合、アクティベーションキーの再発行が必要となります
  • portal.ext.propertiesで"redirect.url.ips.allowed"を設定している場合も、別途調整が必要です

追加情報

  • アクティベーションキーの再発行は、初回発行時と同様に、CAS経由で対応いたします
    新規チケットを発行の上、変更後のMACアドレス、ホスト名、IPアドレスをご共有ください
