Issue

  • The IP address of the application server will be changed.Does it have any effect?

Environment

  • DXP 7.0, DXP 7.1, DXP 7.2

solution

  • If the IP address changes, the activation key must be reissued
  • If "redirect.url.ips.allowed" is set in portal.ext.properties, it must be adjusted separately.

Additional Information

  • Re-issue of activation keys will be handled via CAS, as with the initial issuance
    Please share your changed MAC address, host name, and IP address with us after issuing a new ticket
