Page URL break with long text (414 URI Too Long)

Issue

• The page URL is breaking and giving 414 URI too long errors.
• Steps to reproduce:
  • Navigate to Control Panel> Instance Settings> Localization > Language> select required locales
  • Now, click on 'Locale Prepend Friendly URL Style' and select 'Locale is automatically prepended to every URL' option
  • Navigate to Site Builder > Pages > Click the Home Page, make different translations with long URLs, and save the configuration.
  • Now, there are two pages, one home page, in which we enabled 3 translations with en-US, and one page without translations.
• Observed Behavior: Without the translation page, everything is working fine.
  However, if work with the home page, which contains multiple translations, then we face 414 URI Too Long errors with a blank page
  • Also, the above comes when we navigate to Site builders -> Pages -> Edit -> 3 dots (top right) -> Configure
  • Whereas, if the user clicks Site Builder -> Pages -> 3 dots -> Configure, then this issue won't come up.

Environment

• Liferay DXP 2023.Q4.0

Resolution

• The observed behavior is a known bug that has been addressed via  LPS-201378 , and it is included in DXP 2024.Q2.1
