- DXP 7.4
- Quarterly releases
Resolution
- A complete restart (shutting down all nodes, clearing the cache folders, and restarting the cluster) will usually resolve the issue, and all nodes will rejoin the cluster.
- If this does not resolve the issue, please open a help center ticket and provide the steps you've taken and full startup logs from each node.
