問題

  • PDF文書をごみ箱に移動した後は、プレビューができません。

  • 再現までの手順

    1. オープンメニュー > コンテンツ & データ > ドキュメント & メディア
    2. pdfをアップロードして公開する
    3. pdfの横にある3点メニューをクリック > ごみ箱に移動する
    4. Open Menu > Recycle Bin
    5. pdfファイル名をクリック
    6. 壊れた画像アイコンが表示され、pdfのプレビューが読み込まれないことを確認する。

  • Liferay DXP 7.3

解決策

  • これはLPS-146237によって修正されました。 Liferayサポートでヘルプセンターチケットを開き、この修正を含むHotfixをリクエストしてください。
