標準で自動生成されるロールを削除しても問題ないか

問題
- Liferayは、標準ロールとして幾つかのロールが自動的に生成されます
- Portal Content Reviewer、Site Content Reviewer、Organization Content Reviewerは削除が可能です
- これらのロールは削除しても問題ありませんか？
解決
- Portal Content Reviewer、Site Content Reviewer、Organization Content Reviewerについては、ワークフロー定義に関連付けされていない場合、削除しても問題が無い認識です
- デフォルトの場合、「Single Approver」ワークフロー内で利用されています
- 「Single Approver」を”非公開”にした状態で各”Content Reviewer”を削除すると、「Single Approver」を”公開”した際に自動でロールが再生成されますので、ご注意ください

ロールが参照されているかどうかは、以下の手順で確認できます。条件に一致する場合、当該ロールが何れかのワークフローで参照されています
- 「Role_.roleid」から、Portal Content Reviewer、Site Content Reviewer、Organization Content ReviewerのロールIDを確認
- 「KaleoTaskAssignment.assigneeClassPK」テーブルの値を確認し、ロールIDと一致する行があるか確認
- 一致する行がある場合、「KaleoTaskAssignment.assigneeClassName」が”com.liferay.portal.kernel.model.Role”であることを確認
