問題

  • サイトテンプレートをインポート時に以下のメッセージが表示され、インポートに失敗します。
    「公開中に予期しないエラーが発生しました。ポータル設定、公開設定を確認してください。」

環境

  • DXP7.0+

解決

  • サイトテンプレート上で作成したWebコンテンツで、グローバルサイトのストラクチャ・テンプレートが使用されている場合、本事象が発生します。
    以下二通りの解決策が考えられます。

    ・グローバルサイトのストラクチャ・テンプレートをエクスポートし、エラーが発生する環境のグローバルサイトへインポートする
    ・サイトテンプレート側で、グローバルサイトを参照しているコンテンツを調整する
