Click-to-Chat Bubble Disappears When Navigating to Other Pages

Issue

  • Click-to-Chat bubble disappears if I change to a different page.
  • The page needs to be reloaded for the click-to-chat bubble to appear.
  • During conversation in click-to-chat bubble, the conversation disappears when navigating to another page.

Environment

  • 2023.q4

    • Zendesk Web Widget
    • Zendesk Web Widget (Classic)

Resolution

  • This is a known issue that can be resolved with a fix built on LPD-33711, or by upgrading to the latest version of Liferay DXP Quarterly Release*.

*Verify the listed LPDs are in the Changelog of the DXP version you're looking to upgrade to.
