Issue
- When adding more than 25 attributes, only 20 are viewable.
- Steps to reproduce:
- Control Panel > Configuration > Custom Fields > User
- Add more than 25 attributes by clicking on "New"
- Observe that only 20 attributes are visible and there is no pagination available to view the second page.

Resolution
- This has been fixed in 2024.Q1.10 and 2024.Q2.
- A hotfix including, LPD-24719, will also fix the behavior.
Workaround
As a temporary workaround, you can leverage search.container.page.default.delta property do display more entries.
Set the default number of entries to display per page.
