問題

  • アナリティクスのワークスペースに招待されました。 招待メールに記載されているリンクをクリックすると、以下のメッセージが表示されます：
    ワークスペース・エラー このワークスペースが存在しないか、アクセス権がないかのどちらかです。 正しいワークスペースの URL を入力するか、ワークスペース管理者にアクセス権について問い合わせてください。

解決策

  • この動作は、以下の2つのケースで発生します：
    1. Liferay Analyticsが初めて設定されなかった場合: analytics.liferay.com フルワークスペースリンクの代わりに、ユーザーリストから訪問して設定ステップを完了します。

    2. if the invited user was removed: これは、ユーザーがもはやアクセスできないワークスペースを訪問していることを意味します。 ワークスペースの管理者に再アクセスを依頼する必要があります。
