After changing image file extension it is no longer visible for selection within a fragment

Issue
- Our team recently noticed that they can't use PNG files anymore and can reproduce it by:
- Upload PNG file to Documents and Media library (please note that after page refresh Liferay does not show an image preview)
- Go to any Content Page and click Edit
- Drag and drop and image Fragment and double click on it to select an image
- Observe the previously uploaded PNG file is not visible on the list
Resolution
- It is not visible mostly likely because the file extension was manually changed and this would also explain why the preview broke as well.
- Now if your team often needs to manually change file extensions you likely need to implement a service like Imagemagick.
