Web Content display style UI is changing when navigating to other assets

Issue
- Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to Web Content.
2. Create Basic Web Content (Note that display style of UI is "list").
3. Change display style icon to table. (Display style changes correctly and UI indicator also changes correctly)
4. Navigate away(e.g Blogs) and then again click on Web Content.
Expected Behavior: The display style remains `Table` as long as the user doesn't change it explicitly
Actual Behavior: The display style changes back to `List` forcing the user to change again the display style to Table.
Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known issue/bug. And, it is fixed in dxp-10.
- If the hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting hotfix by attaching patch details.
