Issue
- Not being able to download the file from the workflow task shows: 'The document was deleted'

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control Panel > Users & Organization.
2. Create an organization.
3. Create a site inside this organization.
4. Now, create a new user and assign the organization.
5. Create a form with three fields: numeric, select from a list, and upload.
6. Create a rule form as:
If Field Select from List is equal to value Test1
Show Upload
AND Enable Upload
7. Now, navigate to workflow > Process builder > single approver workflow.
8. Select review and go to assignments. Select the assignment type as a user, and now assign the newly created user.
9. Assign this workflow to the form and upload the form to the page.
10. Fill in the values in the form as test admin.
11. Now, log in with the newly created user and check the notification.
Expected behavior: Being able to download the uploaded file from the workflow task.
Observed behavior: It'll show: 'The document was deleted under the upload section.
Resolution
- The observed behavior seems to be resolved by upgrading to dxp-7.4-update-83 or above.
- This has been addressed by LPS-175631. If any additional information is required on this, please submit a support ticket.
