Issue
- End-user able to access main.js URL at their end
Resolution
- The main.js of the Notification portlet can be accessed via inspect element or browser.
- It can be accessed in the browser because it gets loaded by the browser when loading the notification portlet.
- The notification portlet is part of the Liferay source code, not the third party.
- In main.js, Liferay doesn't show any stored information from DB which can make it vulnerable to any data leak.
- Hence, this cannot be a security threat.
