Issue
- Special characters such as "., _, |" being present within a screen-name throws a “Requested resource could not be found” error in the UI.
Resolution

This issue was fixed by LPS-119836, which was released in DXP-9-7210.

To resolve this error, patch up to DXP-9 or open a help center ticket to request a hotfix containing LPS-119836.
