Issue
- Attempting to create a segment with two Organization equals criteria and the AND operator

Steps to reproduce it:
1) Navigate to Segments
2) Add a new segment
3) Put a name for this segment and drag the organization
4) With the 'OR' condition, the correct total member count can be seen
5) However when trying to set 'AND' conditions with organizations
Expected Behavior: Since a user has been created who belongs to both organizations, the condition match count should be one.
Observed Behavior: When working with the 'AND' condition, the count is always 0 on condition match.
Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known DXP bug that is being addressed by LPS-146710.
