Issue

  • Can I search for groups and organizations in the "Users and Organizations" screen?
  • Which items are included in the search?
  • Can I change the "Filter and Sort" items?

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.0, Liferay DXP 7.1, Liferay DXP 7.2

solution

  • The "Users" tab of the "Users and Organizations" screen does not allow searching by group/organization name.
  • Screen name, email address, first name, last name, job title, or tag will be displayed as search results.(If the language is English, middle names are also included in the search.)
  • There is no function to add or remove items from the "Filter by Navigation" and "Sort by" fields that can be set in the "Filters and Sorting" section of the basic functions.
