Issue

- Steps to reproduce:
Create a new Channel using Minium
Open the Global Menu and Navigate to Commerce > Channel
View the Tax Calculations section
Expected Behavior: The user can view By Address and Fixed Tax Rate options.
Observed Behavior: User can view By Address, Fixed Tax Rate, and Remote
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.4
- Commerce 4.0
Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known regression bug of DXP 7.4 that will be addressed via COMMERCE-12624
