Issue

  • Deployment of Liferay service has failed, and the following message is readable in the logs:
WriteConflict error: this operation conflicted with another operation. Please retry your operation or multi-document transaction

Environment

  • Liferay PaaS
    • DXP 7.4

Resolution

  • Create a new build and initiate a deployment with it.

  • Liferay as a team currently investigating this scenario further to offer further possible solution.
