Issue

  • When I try to access workflows, the message Process Builder is temporarily unavailable. is displayed in the UI  and a NoSuchResourcePermissionException error in the logs:

Environment

Resolution

  • This issue can occur if by some chance the ModelListener isn't present at the time that a KaleoDefinitionVersion is added, leading to a KaleoDefinitionVersion being added without its associated resource permissions.
  • The circumstances that might cause the ModelLister to not be present are unusual, but if the permissions are not initially created, they will need to be added to the database. Please open a HC ticket to request a groovy script to add the missing permissions.
  • The fix for LPS-172100 (released in U60) prevents this issue by moving the resource-adding logic into the KaleoDefinitionVersionLocalServiceImpl.addKaleoDefinitionVersion method.
