Actual Result: The orders are not visible to the user and getting the 500 internal server error on the UI.
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.3
- Commerce 3.0
Resolution
- In order to see the commerce orders by other users, we need to assign the account to that specific user. Navigate to the Memberships of the user under Users & Organizations and select the account > Save. By assigning the account, orders should be visible to users.
- Additionally, the admin can provide the "Sales Agent" role and the Account Groups > Commerce Accounts:Manage All Accounts permission if they don't want to assign each user a specific account. Navigate to the 'Sales Agent' role, click on Account > Commerce Accounts, and then select 'Manage All Accounts' under COMMERCE ACCOUNTS.
