Issue
- The following error shows constantly on the logs:
ERROR [catalina-exec-54][LiferayMethodExceptionEventHandler:34] java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 2, Size: 2
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 2, Size: 2
Resolution
- There are two reasons why this could be happening:
- Temp files: In this case some temp file could be the cause. Simply go to Control Panel > Configuration > Server administration and execute the task Clear content cached across the cluster.
- Language issues: The cause of the error could be that there is a conflict with languages. Validate what languages are being offered as translations and the default portal language. It could be that a translation language is being offered but it's not configured on the portal-ext.properties file.
