Issue
I create a Category and a Display Page Template the following way:
- Navigate to Categorization > Categories
- Create a vocabulary and add one category under it
- Define a friendlyurl for the category (already done per default)
- Go to Design > Page Templates > Display Page Templates
- Create a display page template for categories and mark it as default
- Go back to your category, edit it and add this DPT under the Details tab
- Click the Ellipsis menu of the category and click "View Display Page"
Expected Result: The category page opens with the displayed/set friendlyurl.
Actual Results: The category page opens with the "technical" url with the category id, e.g. /v/32026. If you enter the friendlyurl manually, you get the 404 error page.

- The friendly URL in categories is used by a specific component in Commerce. It is currently not possible to use this friendly URL in other places, for example, when using Display Page Templates associated to categories.
- A Feature Request has been opened in order to apply this functionality to the rest of the portal.
