Issue
- Guests who don't have view permissions for the Home Folder cannot view any Web Content when the Article view permissions check enabled option is checked.
Resolution

The Home folder permissions can be modified with the following steps:
- Navigate to Site Administration > Content & Data > Web Content
- Select the Info ( ℹ ) icon to view Home Folder Details pane
- Click on more Options (vertical three dots icon) and select Permissions
