Issue
- How to exclude third-party libraries when they are not needed, such as lodash, headless, API explorer etc.
Resolution

Control Panel > Configuration > System Settings > Third Party
Some of them are disabled by default and could be enabled in these settings if needed.
E.g. lodash is disabled by default from Liferay 7.2+
