What settings do I need to submit an entry from a form?
Environment
Liferay DXP 7.0
Resolution
You will need to enable the "Add Record" permission by following these steps - Procedure： 1. Go to content > form 2. Select "Set Permissions" from the three-dot button on the right side of the form 3. Check "Add a record" in Guest 4. storage
In DXP 7.1 and later versions, the guest "Add Record" permission is enabled by default, so there is no need to adjust the permission settings separately.
In the form"Browse Entries", only entries submitted byguests do not leave any account information in the "Created by" field.
