Calculation rule of a form doesn't work if one field is hidden

Issue
- When creating a form in DXP 7.4 and doing the steps below, the calculation field does not populate itself if the inserted number is different than 10, this prevents the second field from showing up and with that, the calculation is not performed.
Steps to reproduce:

- Create a new form on Content & Data > Forms
- Add 3 Numeric fields (Value 1, Value 2, Calculation)
- Switch to the Rules tab
- Add a rule (If Field Value 1 is equal to Value 10 Show Value 2)
Resolution
- A hotfix can be requested with LPS-169459.
- Performing an upgrade to a version other than 7.4 U37 should also resolve this issue.
