Issue
- Is it possible to limit access to the environment by geolocation?
- I would like a list of specific countries to have access to my environment, is it possible?
Resolution

Unfortunately this is not a possible configuration on the Liferay SaaS side

This type of request could only be achieved through an IP block, where the client is required to provide a range of IP addresses to block.

In order for the Cloud Team to be able to act on this type of request, it is necessary for the customer to provide a list of the IPs of the regions/countries that they would like access not to be allowed.
