Issue

  • The Apache Tomcat works without the native libraries but degrading the performance.
  • You can see the following message on the log:
  • INFO: The APR based Apache Tomcat Native library which allows optimal performance in production environments was not found on the java.library.path: 

Environment

  • DXP 7.1
  • DXP 7.2
  • Portal 6.2

Resolution

  • Install the proper APR based Apache Tomcat Native Library for your operating system.
