Analytics Cloud Segment appears in DXP Segments without titles

Issue

  1. Create a new Segment in Analytics Cloud (Static or Dynamic) that has members

  2. Create a new Dynamic Segment that has no members

  3. Wait until the segments sync from Analytics Cloud to Liferay DXP

  4. Go to Liferay > People > Segments

:check_mark: Expected Behavior: All AC Segments created should appear

:cross_mark: Actual Behavior: AC Segments that has no members appears without title (an empty line in the segments list)

 

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.3
  • Analytics Cloud

 

Resolution

  • This issue affects Liferay DXP 7.3 prior to U31.
  • Fix for this issue is included in U31 and subsequent updates.
