A/B testing is not showing data in Analytics Cloud

Issue

  • We are currently running an A/B test. The entire team is hitting the page and we've noticed that no data has been flowing over to Analytics Cloud.

Environment

  • 7.4 DXP
  • Analytics Cloud

Resolution

  • When individuals interact with a synced site and assets, it generates events, such as these events: pageViewed, formViewed, documentDownloaded, etc. Analytics Cloud needs a certain amount of data so these calculations can be done. Specifically, it requires that all the variants in the AB Test have a minimum count of 5 events for each.
