Issue

  • When attempting to access a form with a user that has the permissions to do so, "You do not have the roles required to access this portlet." errors are displayed in the UI.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.4

Resolution

  • Upgrade to DXP 7.4 U79, OR
  • Open a Help Center Ticket requesting a hotfix that includes LPS-180830
