Issue

  • 'content is temporarily unavailable' when trying to preview pending content through the view icon on the Review Page.
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Start Liferay DXP 7.4.
    2. Assign the single approver workflow to web content.
    3. Navigate to web content and create 'basic web content'.
    4. Click on the notification.
    5. Now, click on the view icon under preview.

    Actual Results: It’s showing as 'content is temporarily unavailable' and 'NullPointerException' errors in the console.
    Expected Results: It must show the created content.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.4

Resolution

  • The observed behavior is a known issue.
  • If a hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting a hotfix by attaching patch details.
