Issue
- Opening different pages and menus on DXP 7.2 and above could result in an empty page showing the
${processor.processMax()} error message
- The solution only applies if you use the
module.framework.properties.org.osgi.framework.bootdelegation property in your portal-ext.properties, and see the below exception in your logs
Caused by: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.liferay.expando.kernel.model.ExpandoBridge cannot be found by com.liferay.layout.page.template.api[version]
Resolution
-
There is an added value of the
module.framework.properties.org.osgi.framework.bootdelegationproperty for DXP 7.2 which is the com.liferay.expando.kernel.model class
- Add the class as a value of the property, save it, and restart your portal
