Share content by email
CMS users can now share content and files directly by email address, including with external users who don’t have a Liferay account. Recipients receive an email with a link that takes them to Liferay, where they can view the shared content. Typical flows include sharing a document with an external auditor for a limited period (e.g., 7 days) or letting an external reviewer access content without needing a full account.
