    Liferay Analytics Cloud supports access to its analytics data via a set of API endpoints. You can access and integrate the data either through RESTful APIs or data export. Some ways you can use Analytics Cloud APIs are

    • Creating custom reports in other data visualization tools (such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI)

      Getting Started

    • Integrating the analytics data with other CRM software to enrich your customer data

    • Integrating the analytics data in your enterprise business automation, such as personalization, recommendation, and email notifications.

    Utilizing the Analytics Cloud API requires the use of an access token. This can be found and managed under SettingsWorkspace DataAPIsWelcome to Liferay Analytics Cloud! Collecting analytics data is a crucial part of any business. There are many different tools out there but not all provide high value.     Straight out-of-the-box, Analytics Cloud is built to access the wide range of data on a Liferay DXP installation. This means that as you build out your site, all the content you create (i.e., pages, blogs, forms, documents, etc.) is ready to be tracked without any additional configuration. As individuals interact on your site, the data associated with these users can help you create individual profiles and profile segments. Analytics Cloud helps you learn what’s important to your users so you can deliver improved content and optimized site experiences.

    Here are some example use cases for using Analytics Cloud with Liferay DXP:

    Copying the Access Token

    After generating an access token, click the copy icon to copy the access token to your clipboard.

    Click the copy icon to copy the access token.

    Use the access token in your API requests for authentication.

    Revoking the Access Token

    The access token expires after 30 days. If you choose to delete your current access token, click the Revoke button.

    Click the revoke button to revoke the current access token.

    Click the Continue button and the access token is deleted.
