Tags and Categories

Use tags and categories to organize content and improve search and navigation across your sites. Categories provide a structured way to group related assets using vocabularies and subcategories. Tags offer a flexible, keyword-based approach for labeling content without predefined hierarchies.

You can define vocabularies, manage visibility settings, apply categories to multiple asset types, and use built-in vocabularies like Audience and Stage for content auditing. Tags can be created and applied directly from the Content Editor or managed from the Categorization panel. You can also enable auto tagging to automatically classify assets based on rules or content analysis.
