Mercanet

Liferay supports Mercanet as a payment method out-of-the-box. Since Mercanet accepts only EUR, the store’s primary currency must be EUR.

Prerequisites

1. Generate credentials
2. Set EUR as the primary store currency.
3. Activate Mercanet as a Payment Method.

Generate Credentials

Before configuring your store to use Mercanet, you must generate the following:

1. Mercanet Merchant ID
2. Secret Key
3. Key Version

Set EUR as the Primary Store Currency

When using Mercanet, your store must use Euro as the primary currency.

1. Open the Global Menu () and navigate to Commerce → Currencies.

2. Click Actions () next to Euro and select Set as Primary.

Euro is now set as the primary currency.

Activate Mercanet as a payment method

1. Open the Global Menu () and navigate to Commerce → Channels.

2. Select a channel.

3. Scroll down then click Edit next to Authorize.Net.

4. Switch the Active toggle to Yes.

5. Click Save.

6. Go to Configuration.

7. Enter the following details:

   • Merchant ID
   • Secret Key
   • Key Version

8. Select the desired environment settings in the Environment drop-down menu.

9. Click Save.
